Digital Products

All products sold on Toronto Baby Guide are digital downloads. They are delivered instantly by email after purchase. Because digital items cannot be returned or revoked once downloaded, all sales are final.

This means refunds cannot be offered for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering by accident
  • Not reading the product description before purchase
  • Downloading the file successfully
  • Deciding you no longer want the product
  • Incompatibility with your device or software

Please make sure you are purchasing the correct product before completing checkout.

If You Did Not Receive Your Download

If you have made a purchase and did not receive your download link, please check your:

  • Spam or junk folder
  • Promotions tab if using Gmail
  • Email address used at checkout

If you still cannot find it, email [email protected] with your name and order number. I will resend the file right away at no extra cost.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once using the same email address, please email [email protected] within 48 hours. Duplicate purchase refunds may be issued at the discretion of Toronto Baby Guide if the product was not downloaded multiple times.

Technical Issues With Your File

If you experience any trouble opening, downloading, or accessing your file, please reach out and I will help you. Issues caused by device settings or software compatibility can usually be resolved.

If a payment error occurred on the website that caused an incorrect charge, please email support and include:
